More good stuff. I'd heard a little about this game but hadn't seen this much information on it and didn't realize it was a Hudson product.

The first thought that came to my mind on this partnership: you could say Hudson actually returned the favor, releasing games for the SNES and Genesis while those consoles were still in competition with the Turbografx. They even offered up their most iconic franchises, Bomberman and Bonk, albeit in late-ish releases. I wonder how much this had to do with the unusual alliance between NEC and Hudson. My understanding is they had different financial incentives in the whole arrangement, which seems like a recipe for failure.
